Dr. Mandira Sharma
Dr. Mandira Sharma earned her MA in History from Delhi University. She completed her Ph.D. in the History of Art at the National Museum Institute
(New Delhi), with a dissertation on Ajanta paintings. Her research interests include Buddhist art and literature, historiographical trends, Indian iconography, problems of identification and interpretation in early Indian art, and Indian miniature paintings. She currently teaches at Delhi University.
