Smarthistory seeks a Ph.D. student in art history or a related field to work with us part time on image editing and publishing during the fall 2020 semester. We can pay $40 per hour.
Smarthistory has created a significant library of images that are made available to the public and scholarly community for free with a Creative Commons license and with complete caption information. Thanks to generous support from the Samuel H. Kress Foundation, Smarthistory will hire a Ph.D. student to assist with expanding this library by editing photographs.
Candidates must know Photoshop and have strong image editing skills. Hours are flexible.
