Native Andean
Refers to the cultures of the mountain range that stretches along the west coast of South America, but is also used to refer to a broader geographic area that includes the coastal deserts to the west and into the tropical jungles to the east of those mountains. This region is seen as home to many distinct cultures and many of these cultures still persist today in various forms.
