Dr. Javier Rivero Ramos, Assistant Curator, Art Bridges Foundation
Dr. Javier Rivero Ramos is Assistant Curator at the Art Bridges Foundation. He earned his Ph.D. in Art History from Princeton University. Javier’s dissertation “Responsive Communication: The Emergence of Mail Art in Latin America” analyzed the precedents, characteristics, and ramifications of mail art as it emerged in the context of social upheaval and political strife within and beyond the region during the 1960s and 1970s.
