Dr. Andrew Turner
Dr. Andrew Turner is a senior research specialist at the Getty Research Institute. He received his B.A. in Art History and Classics from the University of Arizona, his M.A. in Art History and Anthropology from the University of California, Riverside, and his Ph.D. in Anthropology from the University of California, Riverside. His research focuses on art, identity, and cross-cultural interaction in ancient Central Mexico, and he has also written articles on the Classic Maya and the ancient Andes.
