Dr. Vlad Bedros
Dr. Vlad Bedros is senior researcher in Medieval Art and Architecture at the Romanian Academy’s George Oprescu Institute for Art History. Dr. Bedros also serves as Dean and Lecturer in the department of Art History and Theory at the National University of Arts in Bucharest. He earned his PhD from the same university with the dissertation, The Chancel Iconography in Moldavian Churches at the End of the 15th Century and in the First Half of the 16th Century. Dr. Bedros also authored the book, Armenian Artistic Heritage in Romania: Between the Nostalgia of Exile and Cultural Integration, published in 2011.
