Pepón Osorio, Badge of Honor

Beverly Adams, Estrellita Brodsky Curator of Latin American Art, looks at Pepón Osorio’s 1995 installation “Badge of Honor“—which explores the effects of incarceration on a family in Newark, New Jersey—and notes that it has lost none of its relevance in the more than 25 years since its creation.
